How to manage a distribution list in Microsoft 365

To manage a distribution list (email group) yourself without having administrative rights, follow this short guide.
 
Go to: Microsoft Exchange Groups Admin
Choose "Groups I own"
Click on the group you want to edit
Click on "Members"
Click on "View all and manage members"

 

To add users
Click "Add members" if you want to add a member to the group

 

To remove users
Mark the user/users that you want to remove and then click on "Delete (x)"
