How nice that you want to know more about how we process your personal data!
We at Azeo Sweden AB (data controller) care about you as a customer and your privacy, but we also want to be able to deliver the best product/service just for you. In order to do that, we need to find out a little more about you. Below you can read about what personal data we collect, how we process it, why we do it and with whom we share it. You can also read about how long we save them and what rights you have, as well as who you can contact if you have any questions or want to exercise your rights.
What data do we process?
We process the following personal data about you:- Name and contact information, such as name, email address, address, phone number and photo
- Information about your activities, settings and preferences related to our services provided to you, including history from chat and other correspondence
- Business-related information, such as which company you work for and other business-related information that may arise during our business relationship with you
- Preferences for how you want and about what we should communicate with you.
Where and when do we collect your data?
We collect the above personal data under the following circumstances:- When you or your organization want to buy products/services from us
- When you or your organization want to offer your services/products to us
- When you or your organization has contact with us, regardless of whether it is via email, post, phone or meetings
- When you or your organization send an inquiry, initiate a support matter or otherwise contact us via our website, application or chat
- When you participate in our courses, seminars or other events that we organize
- When you sign up for our newsletter or other ongoing information from us
- When we request information from the company you represent/where you work or from third-party sources, such as publicly available records
How do we process your data?
We may use your personal data for the following purposes (exhaustive list):- To have updated information about you
- To be able to deliver, administer and communicate our products/services to you, including support services (physical or AI-based support)
- To administer and manage communications with you, which also includes newsletters and other ongoing information from us
- To administer your participation in our courses, seminars and other events that we organize
- To be able to give you information about us and which products/services we offer
The legal basis for our processing of your data
We will use the following legal bases in our processing of your personal data:- The processing is necessary to fulfill our part of an agreement to which you are a party
- The processing is necessary for us to carry out activities where we have a legitimate interest in processing your data (e.g. in marketing or correspondence with you as a representative for an organization)
- The processing is necessary for us to be able to fulfill a legal obligation
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties, but we share them with those who can help us in our business or to fulfill the purpose for which we process your personal data. These are, for example, our subcontractors and partners (e.g. Arrow and Microsoft). We also share your personal data with authorities to fulfill our obligations under law.
Where is your data processed?
To the greatest extent possible, we keep your personal data within the internal market, i.e. the EEA. If your personal data is transferred to a third country, we have either ensured that the EU Commission has assessed that the third country has a so-called adequate level of protection or signed an EU standard agreement with the receiving party in the third country.
How long do we save your data?
We retain your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. This is usually as long as you have a connection with us (e.g. because you or your organization is a customer, or because you are a recipient of our newsletters or the like), but some data is saved as long as required by external rules (such as tax and accounting legislation which requires us to keep the data for 7 years).
Your rights as a registered user
You of course have rights regarding your personal data which we respect and are happy to help you exercise. We list them below. If you want to exercise any of them, contact support@azeo.se
- Right of access - You have the right to find out what personal data we process about you and why, and to receive a copy of it.
- Right to rectification – If you believe that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, such as e.g. name or address, you can ask us to correct this.
- Right to restriction of processing – You can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. This may, for example, be relevant if we have incorrect information about you and you do not want the processing to continue until we have corrected it.
- Right to be forgotten – You can request that we remove your personal data from the processing based on your consent and legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability – If the processing is based on consent or agreement, you can ask to have your personal data in a machine-readable format so that it can be forwarded to another party.
- Right to object - For the processing based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the use of your personal data. Then we weigh your interest in privacy against our legitimate interest, and if your interest outweighs it, we stop the processing.
- Right to withdraw consent – If any processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent and we will then not continue that processing of your personal data.
- Right not to be subject to profiling – You always have the right to request not to be subject to profiling (e.g. that we draw conclusions about you based on information from Google Analytics, such as your geographic location, how you found our website or which browser you use).
