Hide attendee list in Outlook

 ·  1 min read

This task may seem challenging at first glance! One might assume it should be as simple as sending a regular email, but with participants who prefer to remain hidden on the BCC line, it can get tricky. In the desktop version of Outlook and in meeting invitations, it's not as straightforward. After searching high and low, I finally discovered a solution. The easiest method is to do it online.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Sign in to Office.com with your company account credentials.
  2. Navigate to your Outlook from the top left corner.
  3. Navigate to the calendar view.
  4. Make a calendar booking and add the participants you desire as Optional.
  5. Click on the 'Edit Booking' option.
  6. Select "Hide Participant List"
  7. Done!
