Here's how you can effortlessly add a new email account in Apple Mail and access all your messages in one place.
Preparation before adding a new email account
1. Open the settings on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and click on Apps (at the bottom)
3. Navigate to Mail (under M)
4. Tap on Email Accounts
5. Add an account and select your provider. In this case, choose Microsoft Exchange.
6. Enter your email address, for example joakim@azeo.se, then click next.
7. When the prompt appears asking if you want to sign in via Microsoft, press Sign in.
8. A login window from Microsoft will appear. Sign in with your password and verify your identity using your multifactor authentication.
9. Choose which features you want to sync to your phone.
So, now you are ready to email right from your pocket!
