Our story

We founded Azeo with a clear mission in mind - to provide small businesses with a professional all-encompassing solution coupled with top-notch personalized support. We believed it was wrong for IT companies to profit more when customers faced more problems. Our answer to this was the introduction of our "IT department on subscription" service, a comprehensive solution that includes everything, without exceptions, at a fixed monthly price. Additionally, we incorporated security and backup systems into the service, typically only affordable for larger corporations. This cost-effective solution is tailored to suit the needs of smaller businesses perfectly.

Gustav Hagberg – CEO & Founder

With a solid academic background from KTH and Handels, With an impressive background in balancing everything from banana peels to complex IT systems, Gustav leads Azeo with a unique blend of innovation and practical knowledge. SAs a seasoned serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Azeo, he brings a diverse range of experience from various leadership roles, including most recently as the CEO at Kaper Norden AB. This realization sparked his motivation to create a different and more customer-focused IT solution, after experiencing firsthand the mistreatment by the big IT giants. In his spare time, Gustav finds solace in running, often opting for a midnight jog with a headlamp.

Kristian Johnson – Head of Technology & Founder

With extensive experience in IT and telecommunications since 1995 and a background in Business Management from IHM, Kristian serves as the perfect bridge between technology and business at Azeo. As one of the founders of the company, Kristian has been a key player in the IT and telecom industry for many years, also contributing his expertise as a CTO in various startups. His profound knowledge in Business Management and technology makes him a true expert in the field. When not at work, Kristian enjoys spending time with his four children or sneaking in a quick round of golf whenever possible.

Johan Lönnqvist – Customer Success Manager & Founder

Johan is the man who ensures that our customers' success is our success. With a keen eye on delivering solutions that always meet the needs of our clients, Johan, a co-founder of Azeo, is a seasoned business and IT consultant with extensive experience in streamlining processes and automation. His expertise lies in working with Microsoft solutions and software, and he has a deep passion for classical music and enjoys playing chess in his spare time.

With a background as a project manager and product manager for leading companies such as Handelsbaken, SEB, Tele2, and Telenor, Jan enhances customer focus and continuously improves processes and products for both Azeo and our clients. He is also a certified SAFe Scrum Master. In his free time, Jan is an enthusiastic skier and enjoys spending summers on the golf course.
