Is your iPhone not cooperating?

If your iPhone is not behaving as expected and simply turning it off and on again isn't solving the issue, then it's time for a complete restart! 

Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free restart:

  1. Quickly tap the volume up button and release it swiftly
  2. Quickly press the volume down button and release it swiftly.
  3. Hold down the right side button until the Apple logo appears, then release the button.
  4. The phone will now restart completely (which may take longer compared to a regular shutdown).
