Add a shared mailbox in the new Outlook or Outlook on the web

  1. Right-click your email address in Outlook. Alternatively, hover over the address and click the three dots.

  2. Enter the name or email address of the mailbox you want to open.

  3. The mailbox will appear in the list with your accounts.
