I can’t sign in – what should I do?
If your sign-in fails and you see one of the messages below, it is not a password problem.
If you see:
"You can’t get there from here
Your sign-in was successful, but you can’t open this resource from this web browser."

Your sign-in worked, but your computer or phone is not approved for work yet.
This usually means your device needs to be connected to your company’s IT using Microsoft Intune before it can be trusted.
What to do

Wait a few minutes and try signing in again
If you see:
"You cannot access this right now
Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource."

Your sign-in worked, but access is blocked by a security rule.
This often happens when you are signing in from a restricted location (country).
Location restriction (geo-blocking)
For security reasons, sign-ins are only allowed from:

Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland

and other countries that have been approved in advance
